Viking has chosen Didac!

We are proud and delighted that Viking Assistance Group has chosen the Didac learning platform from EHRA Talent Solutions!

Most people know Viking! Viking helps thousands of motorists every day — getting them back on the road in their own car or arranging a rental. Viking ensures the efficient and safe transport of vehicles, passengers, and vehicle contents whenever a breakdown occurs. In addition to roadside assistance, Viking also offers travel assistance and vehicle inspection.

Viking has offices in Oslo, Stockholm, Helsinki, Alicante, and Copenhagen, and serves its customers through call centers at four locations and an extensive nationwide network of stations across Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland.

Viking is now using Didac’s learning platform to develop their own online courses, make them available to both their own employees and the large network of stations spread across the country — and not least, to track implementation across their various companies.
