The integration connects Didac and Hailey via a secure API. Once activated, employee data syncs automatically — ensuring the right people get access to the right training at the right time.
Managers and leaders can see directly in Hailey who has completed which courses, time spent on learning, and certifications due for renewal — without logging into Didac. This saves time and provides a better overall picture of each employee.
Hailey HR remains the system of record, while Didac handles the creation, delivery, and follow-up of training.
